Flow cytometric analysis of PDGFR beta expression on MG63 (human bone osteosarcoma cell line) cells. Cells were stained with ab275625 at 5 µl/Test. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
