FirePlex Cytometer Setup Kit V2 (ab245835) replaces the previous Cytometer Setup Kit (ab211043). This kit contains the FirePlex particles to allow the software to automatically characterize, track, and report measurements of supported FirePlex flow cytometers, and to determine which Cytometer Run Buffer is compatible for use with a given flow cytometer.
