U-87 MG (human glioblastoma-astrocytoma epithelial cell line) cells stained for Bcl3 (green) using ab216877 at 10 µg/ml overnight at 4ºC in ICC/IF. The secondary antibody is Anti-Rabbit IgG DyLight™ 488 Conjugated Preadsorbed for at 5 μg/ml for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde.
The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue).
