Biological description
Highly sensitive coumarin-fluorogenic substrate for neutrophil elastase (Km =130 µM for leukocyte elastase). Compatible with in vitro assays with purified enzyme, on live cells, or in conditioned medium. The excitation wavelength is 380 nm and the emission wavelength is 500 nm.

Handling
