Potent cytotoxic agent (IC50 = 4.6 μM). Suppresses endothelial cell proliferation, migration, invasion and tube formation. Induces apoptosis of prostate cancer cells via induction of ER stress and/or inhibition of proteasome activity. Anti-angiogenic and antimicrobial agent. Active in vivo and in vitro. -

Handling
