Biological description
Protein kinase inhibitor (IC50 values are 7.67, 9.33 and 25.01 μM for EGFR, PKA and PKC respectively). Inhibits EGFR competitively to ATP and non-competitively to the peptide substrate. Coumarin (ab142628) derivative. Shows analgesic, antimalarial, antiarthritic, and antipyretic effects in vivo. -
