Flow Cytometry - Biotin Anti-TRAP/CD40L antibody [24-31] (ab134407)
Flow cytometric analysis of TRAP/CD40L in TPA and ionomycin-stimulated Human PBMCs stained with ab134407 at 0.5 µg per 10 6 cells (in 100 µl volume), followed by Sav-PE. PBMCs were stimulated for 5 hours prior to analysis.
