Potent, selective inhibitor phosphodiesterase PDE-11 inhibitor (IC50 = 0.28 μM). IC50s for PDE1-10 are greater than 100 μM. Significantly elevates cAMP levels and cortisol production in H295R human adenocarcinoma cells.

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
