Flow Cytometry - APC Anti-CD69 antibody [FN50] (ab95609) This image is courtesy of an anonymous AbreviewFlow cytometry analysis of Cynomolgus monkey whole blood after red blood cell lysis, staining CD69 with ab95609.
Cells were stimulated with PMA and red blood cells were lysed. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/100 in 1% BSA in PBS) for 1 hour at 4°C.
