ChIP - Anti-ZEB1 antibody (ab155249)
Cross-linked ChIP was performed with HeLa chromatin extract and 5 μg of either control rabbit IgG or ab155249. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to LAMC2 promotor.
ChIP experiment and primer designs are based on Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2011 Nov 29;108(48):19204-9.
