Immunocytochemistry - Anti-TREM2 antibody (ab95470)Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed mouse 3T3-L1 cells labeling TREM2 with ab95470 at 10 µg/mL (incubation time, 1 hour). Cells were permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody was used at 2µg/mL. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG at 10 µg/mL followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody 2 µg/mL.
