Flow Cytometrical analysis of ethanol fixed permeabilized HeLa cells labeling Syndecan 2/HSPG with ab205884 at 1/100 (red) compared to a rabbit isotype control (pink histogram). The cells were labeled with Alexa Fluor® 488 Goat Anti-Rabbit Secondary Antibody at a dilution of 1/400. The purple histogram represents unstained control cells and the green histogram represents no-primary-antibody control.
