PFA-fixed Vero-E6 cells stained for SARS Nsp3 (red) using ab181620 at a 1/1000 dilution in ICC/IF. Cells were infected with SARS-CoV-Fr1 strain for 1 hour at 37°C and fixed 6 hours post-infection.
