Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-REEP2 antibody [S326D-2] (ab242000)

4% formaldehyde-fixed SK-N-BE (human neuroblastoma cell line) cells stained for REEP2 (green, C) using ab242000 at 1/100 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature in ICC/IF. Secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1/100 dilution at a 1 hr at RT. Actin is detected with Phalloidin Texas Red F-Actin stain (red, B). The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue, A). (D) is a composite image.
