4% formaldehyde-fixed SK-N-BE (Human neuroblastoma cell line) cells stained for REEP2 (Green) using ab240882 at 1/50 dilution in ICC/IF analysis. Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1:100 was used as the secondary antibody at 1/50 dilution for 60 minutes at RT. Phalloidin Texas Red F-Actin stain was used as a counterstain (Red) at 1/1000 dilution for 60 minutes at RT. The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue) at 5 minutes at RT.

Goat Anti-Mouse IgG HRP for 1 hour at RT at 1/200 dilution

Developed using the ECL technique.

Exposure time: 6 minutes

Block: 2% Blocker for 1 hour at RT.
