ab16866 at 1/2000 detecting PDGFR beta by Western blot.
HepG2 cells were transfected with wild type or Y857F mutants of PDGF Receptor beta. Transfected HepG2 cells were either untreated (-) or treated with PDGF-BB (+). Western blotting was done with either ab16866 (Y857, upper) or anti-PDGF beta (lower).
ab16866 at 1/2000 detecting Receptor beta by Western blot. HepG2 cells were transfected with wild type or Y857F mutants of PDGF Receptor beta. Transfected HepG2 cells were either untreated (-) or treated with PDGF-BB (+). Western blotting was done with either ab16866 (Y857, upper) or anti-PDGF beta (lower). The band size is about 190kDa.
