Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin embedded Mouse kidney tissue labeling PCK2 with ab181170 at a 1/250 dilution. Prediluted HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG secondary used. Counterstained with Hematoxylin.

Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with EDTA buffer pH 9 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
