Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence of HCEM (Human cementoblast-like) cells labelling p75 NGF Receptor (green) with ab25958 at 1/500. Cells were cultured until low confluence on 35mm glass base dishes and washed with PBS. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS and blocked by incubation with TBS containing 0.2% casein and 0.1% Triton X-100 for 20 minutes. Cells were incubated with primary antibody (1/500) overnight at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488 anti-rabbit IgG (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody. Beta actin was stained with Alexa Fluor® 594 phalloidin (red).
