Immunofluorescence staining of OLFM4 in A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma cell line) cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with ab276046 at 1/60 dilution at 37°C for 1 hour. Then cells were stained with an AlexaFluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

Flow cytometric analysis of OLFM4 expression in DU145 cells. The cells were stained with ab276046 at 1/25 dilution, then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
