Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol.     Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of HepG2 (Human liver hepatocellular carcinoma cell line) cells labeling Heme Oxygenase 1 with purified ab68477 at 1/100. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100. A goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) was used as the secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/1000. DAPI was used as a nuclear counterstain.

    Negative control 1: PBS only.

    ab68477 (unpurified) staining Heme Oxygenase 1 in mouse embryonic fibroblasts by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked with 1.5% serum for 10 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 1X HBSS + 0.02% Triton X-100 + 1.5% FBS) for 3 hours at 25°C. An Alexa Fluor® 594-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
