Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-NUMB antibody (ab4147) This image is courtesy of an anonymous Abreviewab4147 staining NUMB in the NIH3T3 cell line from Mouse fibroblasts by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 60 minutes at 24°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit polyclonal(1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
