Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-NrCAM antibody [S364-51] (ab186247)
Ab186247 staining NrCAM in SK-N-BE (Human neuroblastoma cell line) cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody at 1:100 dilution for 60 minutes at room temperature. An Atto 488 Goat anti-mouse was used as the secondary antibody at 1/100 dilution for 60 minutes at room temperature. Phalloidin Texas Red F-Actin was used as a counterstain. DAPI (blue) was used as a nuclear stain (A). Phalloidin Texas Red F-Actin stain (B), ab186247 (C) and merged (D).
