Immunoprecipitation - Anti-NEMF antibody (ab241222)
NEMF was immunoprecipitated from Jurkat (human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN lysis buffer, using ab241222 at 8 µl per reaction. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab241222 at 1/400 dilution.
Lane 1: ab241222 IP in Jurkat whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG IP in Jurkat whole cell lysate.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
