Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) - Anti-LAG-3 antibody [17B4] (ab40466) This image is courtesy of an anonymous Abreviewab40466 staining LAG-3 (red) in Rhesus monkey lung tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton and blocked with Dako serum free protein block at 24°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 1 hour at 24°C. Dako permanent red was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclear staining is in green
