    Purified ab179473 at 1/30 dilution (2µg) immunoprecipitating Integrin beta 3 in HUVEC whole cell lysate.
    Lane 1 (input): HUVEC (human umbilical vein endothelial cell) whole cell lysate 10 µg
    Lane 2 (+): ab179473 + HUVEC whole cell lysate.
    Lane 3 (-): Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab179473 in HUVEC whole cell lysate.
    VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366) (1/5000 dilution) was used for Western blotting.
    Blocking Buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.
    Diluting buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.
    Observed band size: 110 kDa

    Integrin beta 3 was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate with ab179473 at 1/40 dilution.

    Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab179473 at 1/1000 dilution.

    VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366), was used for detection at 1/10000 dilution.

    Lane 1: HeLa whole cell lysate, 10µg (Input).

    Lane 2: ab179473 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.

    Lane 3: Rabbit IgG, monoclonal [EPR25A] - Isotype Control (ab172730) instead of ab179473 in HeLa whole cell lysate.

    Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.

    Exposure time: 3 seconds.

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab179473).
