Flow cytometric analysis of PC3 cells labeling IMPA1 using ab191570at 1/300 dilution (red), Isotype control (green). Secondary antibody was Goat anti rabbit IgG (FITC) at 1/150 dilution. Cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde prior to staining.
