Properties

  • Form

Lyophilized:Reconstitute in 50 µl phosphate buffered saline (PBS: 137 mM NaCl, 7.5 mM Na2HPO4, 2.7 mM KCl, 1.5 mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4) before use. After reconstitution it is recommended that the undiluted antibody be aliquoted into smaller working volumes (10-30 uL/vial depending on usage) and stored long term at -20° C or -80° C, while keeping a working aliquot stored at 4° C for short term. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Stable for at least 1 year. (lyophilized from 5 mM ammonium bicarbonate.)
  • Storage instructions

Shipped at 4°C. Store at +4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Upon delivery aliquot. Store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.
