Immunohistochemistry analysis of Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded Human transitional cell carcinoma of bladder tissue labeling EXOSC3 with ab184961 at 1/50 dilution. Counterstained with Hematoxylin.
Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with EDTA buffer pH 9 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
