anti-ERK1 (lanes 1,2) and anti-ERK2 (lanes 3,4) at at 1µg/ml and anti-ERK1 and ERK2 antibody mixture (lanes 3,4,5,6) at 1µg/ml each staining ERK1 + ERK2 in HeLa whole cell lysate immunoprecipitated using ab128177 at 6µg/mg lysate (1 mg/IP; 20% of IP loaded/lane).
