Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-ERK1 antibody [12D11] (ab119357)ab119357, at 1/100 dilution, staining ERK1 in untreated and siRNA knockdown treated HeLa cells (Formalin fixed and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100) by Immunoflourescence followed by DyLight 549 goat-anti-mouse secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/400.
Nuclei (blue) were stained with Hoechst 33342 dye. -
