Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-ERCC8 antibody (ab275596)Immunocytochemical analysis of HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling ERCC8 with ab275596 at 1/1000 dilution at 4°C overnight, followed by Goat Anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated secondary antibody (Red). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS and blocked with 10% serum prior incubation. Positive staining was localized to nucleus.
