Immunocytochemistry - Anti-EPCR/CD201 antibody [041] (ab276066)Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% PFA fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS permeabilzed HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling EPCR/CD201 with ab276066 at 1:60 dilution, 4℃ overnight, followed by Goat Anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm and cell membrane. Cells were blocked with 10% serum prior incubation.
