Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Doublecortin antibody (ab113435)KNRK cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Cytoplasmic staining (green) was observed following incubation of cells with the primary anti-doublecortin antibody for 1 hour (10 μg/ml), and Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 μg/ml). The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). The negative control was performed using unimmunized goat IgG (10 μg/ml), and Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 μg/ml).
