Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining on Raji (human Burkitt's lymphoma) cells.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of Raji cells labelling CXCR5 with unpurified ab133706 at 1/500. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100. ab150077, Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody. Cells were co-stained with ab7291, a mouse anti-tubulin antibody (1/1000) using ab150120, an Alexa Fluor® 594-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (1/1000) as the secondary. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).

    -ve control 1: ab133706 at 1/500 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) (ab150120) secondary at 1/1000 dilution.
-ve control 2: Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse MAb (ab7291) at 1/1000 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) secondary at 1/1000 dilution.

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of Ramos (Human Burkitt's lymphoma B lymphocyte) cells labeling CXCR5 with purified ab133706 at 1:100 dilution (2.1μg/ml). Cells were fixed in 100% Methanol and counterstained with Ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) 1:200 (2.5 μg/ml). ab150077 Goat anti rabbit IgG(Alexa Fluor® 488) was used as the secondary antibody at 1:1000 dilution. DAPI nuclear counterstain. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control.
