Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin embedded Human skin tissue sections labeling Collagen XVII using ab186415 at a 1/100 dilution. A ready to use HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG was used as the secondary. Hematoxylin counterstain.

Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Collagen XVII antibody [EPR14758] (ab186415)

Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed A431 cells labeling Collagen XVII using ab186415 at a 1/250 dilution. A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor®555) was used as the secondary at a 1/200 dilution. DAPI counterstain.
