Paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue stained for CLCC1 using ab237755 at 1/400 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30 minutes at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized tissue using an HRP conjugated SP system.

HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells stained for CLCC1 (green) using ab237755 at 1/100 dilution in ICC/IF, followed by an Alexa-Fluor®488 conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).
The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal goat serum. The cells were then incubated with the primary antibody overnight at 4°C. Secondary used is an Alexa-Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L). Counterstained with DAPI.

CLCC1 was immunoprecipitated from 500 µg HepG2 (Human liver hepatocellular carcinoma cell line) whole cell lysate with ab237755 at 1/200 dilution.
Lane 1: Rabbit control IgG IP in HepG2 whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: ab237751 IP in HepG2 whole cell lysate.
Lane 3: HepG2 whole cell lysate 20 µg (Input).
For western blotting, an HRP-conjugated Protein G antibody was used as the secondary antibody at 1/2000 dilution.
