Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

    This data was developed using ab134105, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.

    Blocking and dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

    Exposure time: Lane 1: 180 seconds; Lane 2: 60 seconds.

    The 28kDa is ß-chain. This is supported by many papers (PMID: 20084281, 18941248).
