Staining of Lou rat splenocytes with 0.25 ug of Mouse IgG1 kappa isotype control (blue histogram) or 0.25 ug of ab185762 (purple histogram) followed by an F(ab')2 anti-mouse IgG PE. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
