Flow cytometric analysis of U937 (human histiocytic lymphoma cell line) (Left) and Daudi (human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line) (Right) cells labeling CD229 with ab254266 at 1/500 (red) compared with Recombinant Rabbit IgG, monoclonal [EPR25A] - Isotype Control (ab172730) (black) and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (blue).
Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed (ab150097), at 1/5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
Negative control: U937. The expression pattern is consistent with what has been described in the literature. (PMID: 15245368).
