    Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized 2.4G2 (Rat B cell lymphoma B lymphocyte) cells labeling CD21 with ab243317 at 2.435µg/ml, followed by ab150113 AlexaFluor®488 Goat anti-Mouse secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution (green). Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining in 2.4G2 cell line. Tubulin is detected with ab179504 Anti-beta IV Tubulin antibody - Microtubule Marker at 1/200 dilution, followed by ab150080 AlexaFluor®594 Goat anti-Rabbit secondary (red).
