Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma; antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (0.01M, pH 6.0) for 15min; blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; antibody incubation with ab202850 at 1/300 overnight at 4°C. A goat anti-rabbit IgG, FITC-conjugated secondary antibody was used for 40 mins at 37°C. DAPI (5µg/ml, blue) was used for nuclei staining.
