    Carbonic Anhydrase 8 was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg of HEK-293T whole cell lysate (Lane A) or A549 whole cell lysate (Lane B) with 2 µL of ab275656 and 15 µL of 50% Protein G agarose. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab275656 at 1/200 dilution. Rabbit IgG (H+L) Dylight 800-labeled antibody, was used as secondary antibody at 1/5000 dilution.
    Developed using the Odssey technique.
