Immunoprecipitation - Anti-c-Myb antibody - N-terminal (ab226213)c-Myb was immunoprecipitated from MOLT-4 (human lymphoblastic leukemia cell line) whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) with ab226213 at 6 µg/mg lysate. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using a different anti-c-Myb antibody at 1 µg/ml.
