This data was developed using ab208190, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.Dot blot analysis of BNIP3L/NIX (phospho S81) labeled with ab208190 at 1/1000 dilution. Lane 1: BNIP3L/NIX (phospho S81) peptide; Lane 2: BNIP3L/NIX non-phospho peptide; Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) at 1/100000 dilution was used as secondary antibody. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Exposure time: 3 minutes.
