Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling ATG12 with ab240900 at 1/100 dilution for 60 minutes at room temperature, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit ATTO 488 at 1/100 dilution for 60 minutes (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue), used at a 1/5000 dilution for 5 minutes at RT.
