Immunoprecipitation - Anti-ATF1 antibody (ab264316)ATF1 was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate with ab264316 at 6 µg per reaction. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab264316 at 0.4 µg/ml.
