alpha 1 Antitrypsin was immunoprecipitated from HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) DDK tagged alpha 1 Antitrypsin antibody overexpression lysate with 2 µg ab230695 and 20 µl (0.1 mg) of goat anti-mouse conjugated magnetic beads. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using rabbit anti-DDK polyclonal antibody.
