Biological description
Phopholipase A2 inhibitor (IC50 = 16 μM). Inhibits COX and lipoxygenase pathways (IC50 values are 56 and 14 μM respectively). Inhibits production of PGE2 (IC50 = 2 μM). Arachadonic acid analog (ab120916). Cell permeable. -
