Biological description
Selective, irreversible succinic dehydrogenase (complex II) inhibitor. Induces mitochondrial citric acid cycle dysfunction, oxidative stress and cell death. Activates the Keap1-Nrf2-ARE pathway. Inhibits the MAPK and NF-κB pathways. Shows neurotoxic effects in vivo. -

Handling
