Negative control for Rhodadyn™ C10 (ab120795). Demonstrates no significant inhibition of dynamin I or dynamin II in vitro GTPase activity at concentrations up to 300 μM and has no effect on clathrin-mediated endocytosis of transferrin when applied for 30 minutes to U2OS cells in culture.
